Privacy Policy

Couch Coop is a mixed reality game for Meta Quest made by Nullset (nullset.studio) ("we"). The short version: the game works entirely on your headset. It has no accounts, no online services, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and we don't receive any data about you.
What we collect
Nothing. Couch Coop doesn't send any personal data, gameplay data or usage statistics to us or to anyone else.
What stays on your headset
- Your farm. Your animals, items, coins, decorations and progress are saved in a file on your Quest so you can pick up where you left off.
- Your settings. Volume, vibration, the butchering option, where the market stands and your goals and tutorial progress are stored on your Quest.
- Your room. The game uses your Quest's room scan (walls, floor and furniture) and spatial anchors so animals can walk around your real furniture and the market can stand by a wall. It also uses hand tracking if you play with your hands. Meta's system provides this data to the game on the headset; the game uses it only while it runs and never sends it anywhere. Your saved farm stores positions relative to your room so it can be put back in the same place.
Reset in the game's settings deletes your farm and progress; uninstalling the app removes everything.
Meta
Couch Coop is distributed through the Meta Horizon Store. Meta processes data about your purchase, your device and your use of the Quest platform under its own policies; we don't control or receive that data beyond the aggregated sales and usage reports Meta provides to developers. Children
Couch Coop follows Meta's age requirements for Quest accounts. Because the game doesn't collect any data, it doesn't collect data from children either.
Changes
If a future update changes what the game does with data (for example by adding an online feature), we'll update this policy and the date above before that update ships, and say so on the store page.
